Charming Stay, Charmed by Details!

responsive staff english decor

The staff was very responsive to my needs. The room decor was uniquely English and authentic. I was charmed by the perfect quality of the amenities. I found complimentary treats in the room, and these things surprised me.

Limited and expensive menu for food a drink. A number of menu items not available after only three weeks of operating. Air conditioning was not good, very stuffy, seemed like reheating the room air over and over. No fresh air. Room service not thought through. Orders delivered on separate visits, not all together, no cutlery provided with the food, no table to eat from. Empties stored on wardrobe due to lack of space.

the hotel room seemed gorgeous on arrival.

the air conditioning felt inadequate. it seemed to reheat the air continuously and provide no fresh air. room service was also disorganized with orders delivered separately and no cutlery provided.
